Using dramatic real-life examples from the Second World War and early Cold War, Dr. Warren Dockter, President & CEO of the East Tennessee Historical Society, examines the tradecraft of spies, the techniques used to gather and transmit information, and the profound impact intelligence operations have had on not just the world stage but also here in East Tennessee.
