This exceptional Regency-revival style house was built in 1941. It blends the charm of an early 1800s manor house with modern, mid-century amenities. The House is currently used as a cultural center and event space. The beautifully landscaped Grounds serve as a public park featuring a rolling lawn, rustic woodland trails, and river views.
Professional Portrait Photography
The Eugenia Williams House charges a session fee for any pre-planned or posed photography or videography taken on the grounds, including—but not limited to—bridal, engagement, pregnancy, family, senior portraits, and corporate group photographs. Our Eugenia Williams House Photography Guidelines must be signed prior to your session date.
Rates and Policies
Professional Photography Fee: $400*
Duration: 2 hours
After-Hours Fee: $100/hour
Our hours of operation (Thursday – Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) should be referenced when choosing a date. Any sessions requested outside of our hours of operation will incur an additional fee per hour. We request a minimum of three days’ advance notice for all professional photography sessions. Walk-up sessions will not be accepted.
Visitors are welcome to take personal photos of the Grounds and exterior of the House. Professional, commercial, and artistic photography must be scheduled and approved in advance.
